- To confirm you booking with Donsol Eco Tour, a 20% downpayment is required and the balance payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment is accepted through bank transfer, PayPal, and Credit Card. More details can be found on our Terms and Conditions.
- For incidental expenses and other expenses not included in your package, cash payment is the preferred payment mode in Donsol and Ticao Island.
- ATM/Cash Machine
- Should you need to take out money, it is advisable to take out money in Legaspi City as there are more ATM/Cash Machines there.
- There is 1 ATM/Cash Machine in Donsol but during the busy season it can be unreliable as the bank is not always able to replenish the cash on time.
- There is no ATM/Cash Machine on Ticao Island Resort.
- Credit Cards
- Most establishments in Donsol do not have a credit card facility so it is best to have cash with you.
- Donsol Eco Tour’s dive and activity center in Donsol has a credit card machine. However, all credit card payments in Donsol are subject to a 5% bank charge.
- Ticao Island Resort also accepts credit card payments but as of this time there is no credit card machine due to some technical limitations. All credit card transactions are currently processed through the phone with the bank. This means that credit card payments can only be processed during banking hours. All credit card payments in Ticao are also subject to a 5% bank charge.
- Resorts/hotels may request for a guarantee/safety deposit or your credit card information upon check in. This will be returned to you upon check out and as based on resort/hotel terms and conditions regarding damages and unsettled accounts.
- Foreign Exchange Rates
- Payments are also accepted in USD at the exchange rate of USD1 = PHP42.
- Aside from Philippine Pesos and US Dollars, no other foreign currency is accepted.
